Job Overview

The Student Ministries Pastor at Mendham Hills Community Church is responsible for the leadership, development, direction, and implementation of the vision, strategy, and tactical elements for all programs and activities related to student ministry (grades 6 through 12) at Mendham Hills Community Church.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Establish and maintain a philosophy and long-term strategy for the ministry in alignment with MHCC's overall vision and goals.
• Provide strategic leadership, vision, development, direction, management, and oversight for all aspects of student ministries, Junior High through Senior High. This includes but is not limited to Sunday School, weekly youth group meetings, small Bible studies, summer activities, retreats, and special events.
• Recruit and build volunteer teams – set direction, organize, train, and shepherd.
