Job Description:

The purpose of the position is to make disciples of middle school and high school youth. We are seeking a male coordinator to work along our female coordinator. Responsibilities include:

1. Speaking at the weekly gathering of students
2. Build relationships with students
3. Create discipleship environments
4. Work with children's director to build a next gen discipleship path

Position Qualifications:

1. Attractive personality; a people gatherer
2. Communication skills; a good speaker
3. Heart for youth and next gen ministry
4. Experience in student ministry
