We are looking for someone to serve in a combined role of Student Pastor and Worship Pastor. As Student Pastor, the job would entail leading our Wednesday Night Student worship service, supervising and leading our Youth Sunday School teachers, training leaders to serve in Student Ministry, help develop plans to disciple students and to encourage and equip parents of students to disciple their children at home. They would also be responsible for watching over the student ministry budget and planning out the year's activities for missions and discipleship for the Student Ministry.
In their role as Worship Pastor, they would be responsible for leading the church in worship on Sunday mornings, practicing with our worship team, and leading in worship the first Sunday night of each month, our Good Friday Service, and our Christmas Eve Service. We would ask that worship be led without songs from Bethel or Elevation Church.
Because this is a pastoral role, it would be limited to men meeting the biblical requirements of a pastor as laid out in 1 Timothy 3 and Titus 1.
