ABOUT US:

Trinity Baptist Church of Wamego, KS (SBC) is a Reformed Baptist church. We're confessional in nature and adhere to the 1689 Baptist Confession of Faith and The Baptist Faith and Message. Our ecclesiology is Elder Lead and Congregation Ruled. We are a small and loving church that has been blessed by one Senior Pastor who has just retired after 43 years. Our attendance is about 70-80 on Sunday Morning. We are mission oriented and have started several other churches in the surrounding area.

We are in North Central Kansas, about 15 miles east of Manhattan (home to Kansas State University) and about 45 miles west of Topeka (our State's Capital). Wamego is a small community (roughly 4,800) with traditional Christian values.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Preach one service on Sunday Morning.
• Provide guidance while we transition to a full-time Pastor.
• Attend staff meetings periodically as needed.
• Attend Church Evangelism Ministry Council Meetings once a month.
• Offer guidance to the Constitution Committee and Pastor Search Committee as needed.
