Video Production Intern — Summer Internship & Discipleship Program

OneWay Ministries' 10-week internship equips young adults to grow deeply in Christ while using their creative gifts to advance the Gospel. Interns live in community housing, receive intensive discipleship, and gain real ministry experience producing media that reaches the nations.

Role: Video Production Intern

Create compelling, professional-quality video content that activates global prayer and fuels Great Commission engagement. Your work will be viewed worldwide through platforms like Prayercast and other OneWay media outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute video projects with the production team
• Gather, compile, edit, and deliver high-quality video content
• Contribute directly to Prayercast videos used globally for prayer and mobilization
• Support client-based projects for ministries and partners
• Collaborate with other media teams to create impactful, Gospel-centered media

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in professional editing software (Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Premiere, etc.)
• Strong storytelling instincts and creative vision
• Passion for using video to advance the Gospel and mobilize the Church

Compensation:

• $4,000 stipend
• Housing, two weekly meals, retreat, and program costs fully covered (valued at ~$2,000)
