Job Description

Essential Functions:

• Recruit, support, schedule, and train video volunteers in the operation of tech equipment for weekend worship services in the main auditoriums
• Care for, lead, and develop video tech volunteers to support weekend services
• Ensure quality execution of production elements in weekend worship services as determined by the worship department
• Ensure overall technical success and quality of live streaming of Sunday services and other events
• Produce weekly sermon video and audio podcast, and related media
• Provide support to the AVL team for all ministry events through ongoing cross-training and intentional, timely communication.
• Support AVL for weekly events such as Bible studies – either directly by operating equipment or training department staff members to operate as needed
• Record and upload needed media to the appropriate digital storage platforms
• Execute the capture and post-production process for all required media
• Oversee the implementation and continuous evolution of the Tech Handbook
• Support special events, such as weddings, funerals, and third-party services as needed.
• Other functions or duties as assigned by the supervisor.
