Job Description
Responsibilities

Develop and update course curriculum aligned with academic standards, doctrinal integrity, and program outcomes

Deliver lectures and facilitate thoughtful discussions in subject areas such as Biblical Studies, Systematic Theology, Pastoral Theology, or Christian Counseling

Provide students with clear, biblically grounded instruction, integrating scholarship, spiritual formation, and practical ministry application

Prepare lesson plans, assessments, case studies, and learning activities suited for both online and classroom environments

Evaluate student performance through assignments, exams, and practical evaluations

Offer academic and spiritual advising, mentorship, and professional development guidance to students pursuing ministry or counseling vocations

Utilize learning technology tools and digital resources to enhance understanding and engagement

Collaborate with faculty colleagues in curriculum development, program accreditation, and departmental initiatives

Maintain a positive and structured learning environment, reflecting strong classroom management and Christian character
Skills
-
Strong theological, biblical, or counseling background supported by academic training and ministry experience

Experience teaching at the university, seminary, Bible college, or ministry-training level

Ability to mentor and spiritually guide students with sensitivity and professionalism

Excellent lesson planning skills tailored to diverse student populations

Proven ability to work effectively with adult learners in both online and in-person settings

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to foster a collaborative and supportive learning atmosphere
