Job Description

Job Description: As a Worship Leader, you'll get to advance the Gospel by leading and building a culture of worship on the campus. As a Technology Leader, you'll get to oversee, implement, and train volunteers on using technology to advance the Gospel by providing precise and polished live services in person and online.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Live all of life as worship unto Jesus.
• Passionately pursue Jesus through the means of grace/spiritual disciplines.
• Lead the church into meaningful worship through shepherding, music, singing, and prayer during each service.
• Lead worship from an instrument (Guitar or Keys)
• Assist in the overall worship leadership of the campus, ensuring all worship experiences are executed with excellence.
• Contribute to developing the worship culture on the campus.
• Oversee and lead worship on the campus for each worship experience and corresponding campus events.
• Oversee and manage scheduling for both Worship and Tech teams.
• Maintain and update tech systems for worship experience live and online.
• Develop and pastor the worship team.
• Implement an infrastructure of all standard operating systems, cultural expectations, volunteer leadership, and financial viability for the area you oversee.
• Train and recruit new members for both worship and tech teams, including youth, to help integrate new leaders from Grace Students into the volunteer base.
• Practice and implement new songs and teach them to the teams.
• Administer network, technology, lighting and video hardware and software upgrades as needed.

• A rich and ongoing spiritual life
• Ability to shepherd the church through worship
• Experience in leading a worship team/band
• Good attitude and hard work ethic
• Talented vocally, instrumentally, and in leading from the stage
• Ability to make sound, critical decisions under pressure
• A team player with excellent communication skills
• Passion to grow the local church

NICE-TO-HAVES

• Experience with the Planning Center Database (If not experienced, then willing and able to learn)
• Experience with ProPresenter (If not experienced, then willing and able to learn)
• Experience with live sound and mixing/producing live video for streaming (If not experienced, then willing and able to learn)
