Worship/Family Pastor (Associate Pastor)

First Baptist Church Pigeon Forge is seeking an emerging ministry leader to serve as Worship/Family Pastor. This is an excellent opportunity for a seminary student nearing graduation or an early-career pastor seeking to grow in worship leadership and pastoral ministry within a supportive church environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead weekly worship services
• Direct and develop the church choir
• Help cultivate a blended worship approach that honors tradition while engaging multiple generations
• Assist the Lead Pastor in strengthening discipleship and Bible study ministries
• Invest relationally in families and the broader church community

Qualifications:

• Clear call to gospel ministry
• Agreement with Southern Baptist doctrine and mission
• Strong musical leadership ability (vocal and/or instrumental proficiency)
• Relational, teachable, and team-oriented spirit
• Passion for multigenerational ministry
