Brooks Baptist Church is seeking a part-time Music Pastor/Worship Leader to lead our congregation in Christ-centered, biblically grounded worship each Sunday.

This individual will work closely with the Pastor to support the church's mission: Love God, Live the Gospel, Light the Way.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and lead Sunday morning worship (11:00 AM – 12:15 PM)
• Select songs consistent with Baptist doctrine and the church's theological convictions
• Coordinate rehearsals (as needed)
• Lead vocalists and instrumentalists
• Provide musical direction and spiritual leadership during worship
• Maintain a worship atmosphere that is reverent, joyful, and congregational

Qualifications:

• Strong vocal ability and musical leadership skills
• Ability to lead both traditional hymns and modern worship songs
• Agreement with Baptist doctrine and the church's statement of faith
• Dependable, organized, and spiritually mature
• Prior church worship leadership experience preferred

Time Commitment:

• Sunday morning service (11:00 AM – 12:15 PM)
• Limited rehearsal and planning time during the week
