Worship Leader

Purpose: To facilitate and lead the Worship Ministry, glorifying God with excellent music, empowering others to use their God-given gifts, and engaging the hearts and minds of the church with lyrical truth.

Responsibilities: Celebration Planning and Coordination

• Participate in weekly celebration planning meetings by drafting the order of service.
• Communicate to volunteers regarding upcoming worship services.
• Steward assigned resources that directly support weekend worship services.

Worship Services and Events

• Facilitate and lead the gatherings of the church.
• Plan and produce seasonal Christmas and Easter programs.
• Help and assist with other leadership responsibilities.

Ministry and Volunteer Development

• Form and schedule weekly band members.
• Coordinate and lead weekly rehearsals for worship services.
• Develop and equip volunteers to serve in all areas of the Worship Ministry.
