Job Overview
About Hope Community Church
Hope Community Church is a small, gospel-centered congregation in West Nashville. We want our musical worship to be guided by three values: doctrinal health, congregational singing, and undistracted beauty. We prioritize God's people singing together over attending a concert, and simplicity over production.
Role Summary
The Worship Leader is responsible for leading Hope Community Church in corporate worship on Sunday mornings. This is a part-time, interim role with long-term potential. The primary skillset required is vocal leadership and stage presence — the ability to lead a room, not simply perform for one. Secondary to that is the ability to develop and lead a volunteer worship team toward a shared vision and passion for worship.
