Broadview's Worship Minister (or "Worship Pastor," if eligible) will partner closely with the Pastors to plan and lead engaging, Christ-centered worship services that lead people to encounter God. This role emphasizes humble servant leadership, musical excellence balanced with accessibility, leading a small team of volunteers, and a willingness to become a member of the church. The position is part-time, approximately 10-20 hours per week (primarily Sundays, with prep and occasional rehearsals/special events).

Position May Be Filled By: Adult with full or part-time job elsewhere • Mature college student with experience leading worship

ANTICIPATED TIME COMMITMENT/RESPONSIBILITIES: Avg. 10-20 hours/week
- Lead Sunday morning worship. Occasional responsibilities on Sunday evenings or special events
- Lead worship practice with Worship Team (potentially mid-week)
- Oversee all musical and technological equipment
- Potentially serve as one of our church's Pastors (if qualified and called)
- Other church responsibilities as gifted and able
