Job Overview
Position Summary
The Worship Minister serves a smaller, close-knit congregation by leading Christ-centered, congregational worship and helping cultivate a culture of participation, unity, and spiritual growth. This role is focused not on stage performance, but on encouraging the congregation to sing, pray, and respond to God's Word together.
Our Heart: We value Christ-centered, biblically-sound, congregational worship over performance, and we are looking for someone who shares that value and vision.
