Job Overview
The Worship Ministry Intern will have a heart for glorifying God through worship. This individual will help coordinate weekly worship services, support volunteer worship team members, and assist in planning meaningful and Christ-centered services for the congregation.The intern will work closely with the pastoral team, worship ministry leaders, and the A/V team to plan and execute weekly services. Primary responsibilities include organizing service plans in Planning Center, coordinating volunteer musicians and technical teams, communicating with worship team members, and assisting with rehearsals and service preparation. Depending on gifting and experience, the intern may also have opportunities to lead worship or participate musically during Sunday services.This role is designed to provide hands-on ministry experience in worship leadership, service planning, and team coordination while helping maintain continuity during the Pastor of Worship Ministries' sabbatical.
