Two-Year Residency Designed to Launch Leaders into Church Planting
We are seeking an enthusiastic, gifted, and teachable worship leader to join our team as a Worship Ministry Sending Resident in a two-year residency program intentionally designed to equip and send leaders to support or lead worship in future church plants.
Job Description
This residency combines real-world ministry experience with theological education, providing a unique opportunity for emerging worship leaders to be deeply formed both spiritually and practically. You'll engage in a structured training environment while also taking seminary classes—either at the undergraduate or graduate level, depending on your background.
Our vision is not just to develop worship leaders for our church, but to raise up and send out leaders who can help plant healthy, gospel-centered churches. We are looking for someone who senses a call to long-term ministry, has a heart for mission, and is excited by the opportunity to help build something from the ground up.
