Worship Pastor
Job Overview
General Purpose of Position: This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the spiritual growth of the congregation and build a worship ministry that glorifies God through excellence, creativity, and authenticity.
Our Vision for Worship: The two great commandments from Scripture are to love the Lord our God with all our heart, and to love our neighbor as ourselves. For this reason, we see the church's core purpose to be to develop lifestyles that are devoted to worship (the ways that we will express and demonstrate our love for God) and committed to discipleship (helping one another to grow as worshipers and to seek new worshipers.) We are looking for a Worship Pastor who understands this mentality: that his role, in addition to leading our weekly corporate worship services and efforts, is to show us that worship is more than just music and singing. He will continue to evaluate, implement, and lead us so that our congregation sees the entirety of their lives as an outflow of a heart of worship.
