Calvary Baptist Church in Nacogdoches, Texas seeks a Worship Pastor/Music
Minister to lead its music ministry, facilitate worship services, and mentor volunteer
musicians.
The ideal candidate should:
● Conduct themselves in a professional manner
● Possess strong musical abilities
● Possess strong leadership skills
● Demonstrate a commitment to fostering worship and community involvement.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
● Planning services
● Conducting rehearsals
● Overseeing sound and media equipment.
Candidates are encouraged to send resumes reflecting diverse experience levels in
worship ministry. Salary is $50,000, contingent on experience.
