First Baptist Church of Arcadia is seeking a full-time Pastor of Worship who has a clear sense of calling for pastoral ministry, and for leading worship for God and His people. Our ideal candidate is a gifted musician and vocalist with a heart for Christ-centered, theologically rich, and multi-generational worship. The individual will oversee all aspects of music ministry, including weekly corporate worship, media/tech teams, and age appropriate groups.

This role does focus on worship, but it is more than just about the music. It's about a pastoral position within our church that is deeply rooted and committed doctrinal clarity and intentional discipleship.

Our worship is seeking to blend the depth of historical Christian tradition with thoughtful modern expression, prioritizing congregational participation, biblical fidelity and theological depth.
