The Pastor of Worship and Activities shall assist in planning, conducting, and evaluating the ministry of music and worship as well as serve alongside the Senior Pastor to execute weekly ministerial operations. The pastor will maintain regular office/ministry hours and conduct himself in a professional manner reflective of the Kingdom of God and First Baptist Church.
