Worship Pastor – Full TimeFirst Baptist Church | Surfside Beach, South CarolinaFirst Baptist Church of Surfside Beach is seeking a full-time Worship Pastor to lead and cultivatea vibrant culture of worship both in our Sunday gatherings and throughout the life of the church.Our church currently offers two blended worship services each Sunday morning, led by a praiseteam with choir support. The Worship Pastor will provide leadership and oversight for allworship-related ministries, including the praise team, choir, and media team, helping create aunified and Christ-centered worship experience.In addition to worship leadership, this role includes pastoral responsibilities such as discipleship,outreach, and other ministry duties as needed.Qualifications:● A growing and mature relationship with Jesus Christ● Strong leadership and team-building abilities● Experience in worship ministry preferred● Master's degree and ministry experience preferredCompensation:Salary range: $50,000–$65,000, appropriate with experience and qualifications.To apply, please send resume to: [email protected]
