Under the leadership of Senior Pastor Scott Yirka, the church has experienced steady growth and expanded its impact through church planting and multi-site ministry.

- Disciple, pastor, and shepherd the worship team, as well as the whole church.
- Develop a leadership pipeline.
- Help develop creative and meaningful worship services by coordinating creative elements with connectivity and continuity between the sermon and music.
- In collaboration with the Lead Pastor, ensure each worship service is gospel-saturated, that chosen music is doctrinally sound and is led skillfully in such a way that the congregation has an opportunity to sing in accordance with (Colossians 3:16).
- Utilize clicks and loops for all weekly worship services.
