We are seeking a Worship Pastor who is deeply passionate about the gospel and committed to
cultivating a warm, participatory worship culture within our church. This role is for a pastor who
plans worship with purpose—not preference—values participation over performance, and
intentionally creates space for God to move and for people to respond.
The Worship Pastor provides spiritual leadership, creative direction, and pastoral care for the
worship, production, and creative ministries of the church. This leader ensures that worship is
biblically grounded, theologically sound, and gospel-centered, while shepherding teams with care,
clarity, and humility. The role requires the ability to see the full picture of worship—music,
Scripture, visuals, environment, and flow—while empowering others to lead.
A strong "we" mindset is essential. This role prioritizes developing people over building a platform,
discipleship over performance, and collaboration over control. The Worship Pastor serves as an
active, engaged member of the church staff, partnering with leadership to support the spiritual
formation and mission of the church.
