Youth and Music Pastor – Ministry Leader (Full- Time)

We are seeking a passionate and spiritually grounded Youth and Music Pastor/Director to lead student discipleship in addition to congregational worship, cultivating a unified culture of faith, community, and praise. This role invests in students in grades 6–12, helping them grow in Christ and engage in the life of the church, while also guiding the congregation in Christ-centered worship.

The ideal candidate is theologically sound, relational, and energetic, committed to teaching our youth biblical truth with clarity and application. They should be a gifted worship leader, with a strong musical background capable of leading both behind the scenes and in front of the congregation. This individual will help shape a blended worship service, collaborate with the choir leader and musicians, and develop engaging worship content that encourages participation and glorifies God.

Key Responsibilities:• Lead and disciple youth through weekly gatherings, Bible studies, and mentorship• Plan and coordinate youth events, retreats/camps, and outreach opportunities• Partner with parents, volunteers, and church leadership to support student growth• Plan and lead worship services and special events in alignment with church vision• Recruit, train, and shepherd worship and tech team members• Oversee worship flow, rehearsals, scheduling, and basic production elements

This role supports students in their faith journey while leading the church in meaningful worship, helping people of all ages grow in biblical understanding and express their faith through worship.
