Key Responsibilities:– Oversee the Youth Ministry (grades 6 -12)– Develop and lead a weekly student Bible study– Plan, promote, and lead students on a yearly discipleship camp and missions opportunities.– Work with Youth Ministry volunteers in gathering students to a saving relationship with Christ and growing them to be disciples who make disciples.– Provide biblical guidance to families of youth.– Participate in the outreach ministry of FBC Bevil Oaks.– Attend staff and leadership meetings as needed.– Maintain a growing relationship with the Lord through daily Bible study and prayer.– Maintain a proper priority at home, providing for personal physical, mental, and spiritual health of yourself and your family.

Qualifications:– Qualities described in 1 Timothy 3 and Titus 1 for a pastor.– Affirm the Baptist Faith and Message (2000).– A desire to humbly serve God's people.
