The Youth Director plays a vital role in advancing the mission of First Reformed Church by leading the discipleship of junior high and high school students. This role provides spiritual leadership, relational presence, and program oversight to help students grow into fully-devoted followers of Jesus with a faith that lasts beyond their adolescent years. The Youth Director partners with families, equips volunteer leaders, and collaborates with church staff to create Christ-centered, relational environments where students are known, challenged, and formed as disciples.

Job Description

Key responsibilities include student discipleship and programming, relational ministry and pastoral care, volunteer leadership development, administration and communication, and church-wide/intergenerational ministry.
