Key Responsibilities:– Oversee the Youth Ministry (grades 6 -12)– Develop and lead a weekly student Bible study– Plan, promote, and lead students on a yearly discipleship camp and missions opportunities– Work with Youth Ministry volunteers in gathering students to a saving relationship with Christ and growing them to be disciples who make disciples– Connect with youth and their families on a regular basis in their environment as possible: homes, schools, sporting events, etc.

Qualifications:– Qualities as described in 1 Timothy 3 and Titus 1 for a pastor– Must affirm the Baptist Faith and Message (2000)– Have a desire to humbly shepherd in a church setting
