Bethlehem Baptist Church of Newnan GA. is seeking a part-time Youth Minister that will provide strong Christian leadership to the Youth Ministry through Christ-centered teaching, discipleship, and encouragement. This role includes responsibility for planning and leading programs for students in grades 6-12.

This position oversees the planning and implementation of age-appropriate programs for students in the BBC Youth department, including Sunday School, midweek Bible Study, special events, camps, and discipleship opportunities. The Youth Minister will work to encourage spiritual growth and unity to prepare the students for life-long Christian service.

Qualifications include:

A clear testimony of faith in Jesus Christ with a humble and teachable spirit

Be knowledgeable of basic Baptist Doctrine and agreement with the Baptist Faith & Message 2000

The ability to work effectively with students, staff, volunteers, parents, and church members

Familiar with church ministry, particularly youth ministry

Must possess strong personal, leadership, and communication skills
