The Youth Pastor is a part-time ministry position to lead the FSBC youth ministry. The position is salaried and salary is negotiable. The Youth Pastor is encouraged to supplement income through additional responsibilities or outside employment, preferably which puts him in contact with the youth in our community. Salary can increase through additional ministry leadership (such as college or worship ministry), ministry licensing, ordination, formal education, and length of service.
