The Youth Pastor and Ministry Site Director is a dual-role position providing spiritual andorganizational leadership for ministry to middle and high school youth in grades 6-12. This leaderwill bridge the gap between Bethlehem Church and the local high school through Youth forChrist, developing Authentic Christ-Sharing Relationships with young people in both acongregational and community context.
