Youth Pastor / Youth Ministry Leader (Part-Time)

We are seeking a dedicated and spiritually grounded Youth Pastor/Director to disciple and lead students in grades 6–12, with potential opportunities to engage college-age young adults. This role is open to part-time candidates who feel called to invest in the next generation and build a thriving, Christ-centered youth ministry.

The ideal candidate is relational and energetic, committed to teaching biblical truth with depth and practical application, while fostering genuine fellowship and building meaningful relationships that help students grow in their faith in Jesus Christ.

Key Responsibilities:

*Plan and lead weekly youth gatherings, Bible studies, and discipleship programs *Coordinate youth events, retreats/camps, and outreach opportunities *Support students' growth through small groups and ongoing mentorship *Partner with parents, church leadership, and volunteers to support student growth *Cultivate a vibrant, welcoming youth ministry culture

This role centers on walking alongside students in their faith journey, equipping them with a strong biblical foundation and encouraging them to live out their faith with confidence.
