At FBC Baldwyn, we're seeking a Full-time Student Pastor who is passionate about discipling students and making a genuine impact in their lives. Our next Student Pastor will have a heart for investing in students, discipling them to grow and live out their faith, and empowering them to lead. We want a leader who has the courage to work hard—someone who will actively engage with students, build relationships, and create a welcoming, dynamic ministry that draws teens in.
