Youth Pastor
We're seeking a passionate, relational Youth and Young Adults Pastor to shepherd and inspire young people from Grade 4 (age 10) through university (age 25). The ideal candidate will deeply connect with youth growing up in Montreal, encourage them in their faith, and motivate them to live out the gospel boldly.
FULL TIME / PART-TIME
Your Role
-
Build authentic relationships with youth and young adults, walking alongside them through faith and life.

Speak passionately and clearly about Jesus and the Bible in relevant and engaging ways.

Lead weekly gatherings, Bible studies, and special events that help young people grow spiritually.

Plan retreats, service projects, and community-building events that bring faith to life.

Support parents and integrate youth into church life and mission.

A person of faith, prayer, vision, and integrity who maintains a close relationship with God

Deeply connected to Jesus and eager to share His love with the next generation.

A strong communicator and motivational speaker who can connect with youth of all ages.

Experienced (minimum 3 years) in youth ministry

Understands the culture and challenges of young people growing up in Montreal.

Warm, approachable, and passionate about helping young people know God personally.

A willingness to come under leadership and to lead with humility

A team player who functions well within group leadership

Adaptive capacity and comfortable with change

Fluent in English; ability to speak French or willingness to learn it; knowledge of Chinese an asset

Background check required prior to employment
