Brighton Baptist Church is located in a growing community of Brighton, TN, located about 30 minutes north of Memphis! We are currently searching for a full-time Youth and Worship Pastor!

The responsibilities include:

Lead youth on Wednesday nights and Sunday mornings for Sunday School.

Coordinate and implement year-round student events, including camps, DNOW, and other recreational and evangelistic activities.

Represent the church through active involvement in local schools and community activities.

Partner along with the staff and congregation to support the vision of Brighton Baptist Church.

Provide pastoral care and guidance to students and families as needed.

Plan and coordinate Sunday morning worship music and provide leadership in congregational singing.

Provide leadership and support for special services and events (holidays, revivals, student-led services, etc.) as needed.

While the primary responsibilities of this position center on students, the role also includes involvement in music ministry.
