Youth & Young Adults Director

Hope Fellowship is seeking a passionate, organized, and relational Youth & Young Adults Pastor to lead a growing ministry for Middle School, High School, and post‑High School young adults. This role focuses on reaching unchurched students, building strong community, discipling believers, and developing leaders who serve Christ and His church.
You will:
· Cast and execute a compelling vision for student and young adult ministry
· Lead weekly gatherings that reach, connect, and grow students
· Recruit, equip, and shepherd a team of volunteers
· Mentor students and train student leaders
· Partner with parents and communicate clearly
· Oversee curriculum, events, retreats, mission trips, and ministry budgets
· Build a culture of service, outreach, and spiritual growth
You are:
· A devoted follower of Jesus with biblical character
· A shepherd at heart who loves students and families
· A strong communicator with humor, warmth, and people skills
· Organized, self‑motivated, and collaborative
· Able to embrace West Coast/Seattle culture
· A servant‑leader who works well with others
· Bachelor's degree required; seminary preferred
Success looks like: Growing numbers of students engaged, serving, leading, and graduating with a vision to follow Jesus and strengthen the local church.
Full‑time salaried position (40+ hrs/week). Includes Sundays, weekly gatherings, mentoring, and occasional evenings.
